Let’s start with how the body works

The body is made up of trillions of cells that are like tiny batteries that store and release energy. The cells are electrical superconductors and are supported by continual flow of electrons being delivered by oxygen and food. The cells ‘inhale’ nutrients and ‘exhale’ waste products. This is one of the ways they repair and reproduce themselves. There’s an optimum range of voltage across your cell membrane that needs to be kept in balance.

In other words, along with the proper nutrients and water, the body needs the proper Electrical Charge, Oxygen, and Sunlight in order to maintain or restore health. In addition, knowing your Human Design (link) can help you rediscover how to use your energy properly so that you don’t spend your life forcing things and coming up against resistance and blocks which can lead to more pain and injury.

When we get injured, traumatized, or have an illness, there is a disruption in the signaling and it causes the electrical current to drain and prevents the cells from communicating properly to restore the injury. As the body gets what it needs in order to make new healthy cells, it allows the body to maintain or restore health. We are simply allowing the body to accelerate the natural self-healing processes.
